Who We Are

Your Hosts

I'm Tina, the owner and manager of Tina's Cabins and Rentals! I love to travel, and that love has taken me a to a lot of wonderful places, including the Tennessee Smokies & Broken Bow in Oklahoma. I enjoy working on my cabins, and making sure my guests have great experiences, while creating great memories with their loved ones. You will find my properties to be well maintained with it's own unique draws and I am very responsive to my guests questions/concerns. I am humbled to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing my homes with many more.

Yes we are pet friendly, except Tranquil Timbers.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am in Smokies and 11am in Broken Bow. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at tina@tinacabinsandrentals.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may have packages available.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking facilities, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!
What amenities are provided in the rental?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities. What is the cancelation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fee) if you cancel fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. If cancellation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.

We loved our stay at Creekside Haven and would highly recommend this cabin. We’ve stayed at many different rentals and this was by far the cleanest. We had 5 adults and a 5 year old, and everyone was able to have their own space. Quick access to Pigeon Forge, if that’s what you like to do. Also easy access to GSMNP via Townsend. Happy Travels!

Our stay at Tranquil Timbers was excellent. The house was clean and cozy. It is in more of a remote location so expect to travel at least 15-20 minutes to get anywhere. The house is on the mountainside half way between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas - so a great location right in between everything but far away enough to feel like you are away from everything. We had a local bear who came to visit us a few times but kept a safe distance. We took advantage of having Instacart delivered upon arrival which was great. Tina was very responsive and checked in on us to ensure that our stay was going. Thanks Tina for being a great host!!!!

We had a great time. Pool is right out back and big windows so you can watch the kids from the inside, if needed. River behind wasn't very high so you've gotta track down to get in which can be tricky finding a good path the first time but lots of fun. Thank you.

We had the best time at hillside haven. We were sad to have to leave! The cabin was spotless and my boys loved being able to play pool and Pac-Man. It was one of their favorite things to do during our stay. The hot tub was also a favorite. It was so peaceful staying here and the bed was so comfortable, it was just like being at home! We even got to see a mama bear and her three cubs just down the road from the cabin! The location was also perfect, right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Morning coffee runs to Pigeon Forge were easy and quick. Tina was a great host and was super responsive with any questions I had. We are already planning on coming back to the hillside haven next year!

Location and pool was amazing. Lots to do with fishing, swimming, and hot tub. House is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Would have been nice to have an air fryer, more than one cookie sheet, and a few wine glasses (not one in the house), but lots of regular water and dinner glasses and lots of plastic glasses, well stocked kitchen. Great black stone grill on property but I like regular grill better but that is a personal preference. No hangers in the closets so bring your own and plan on being 10 miles from anything which we liked. Fun family place.

Tina's place was absolutely amazing and was even better in person than it was in the pictures. This was our first time visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, and it was perfectly located...convenient to all of the attractions in the area, but just far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil (living up to its title). The one thing we hoped we realized was that the bunk beds on the main floor were exposed to daylight coming in through the top windows. It certainly wasn't a deterrent, but those 2 beds didn't have any real privacy and the occupants were awake with the sun. Definitely not a deterrent, just wished we had realized that was the case. Tina was unblieveably responsive and so kind throughout our stay. We loved being her guests, and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the area. Our trip was great...her place made the trip EXCEPTIONAL! 5 stars all around!

River Daze was such an incredible weekend. We were visiting Broken Bow for a baseball tournament. The house was easy to get to and comfortable for our entire family, starting with the set music and lighting when we arrived. No detail was left unchecked. The pool and the river were the definite highlight of the trip for the younger crowd - lots of fishing, kayaking and swimming (mostly in the river). The outdoor grill and spacious kitchen made cooking a breeze so we could avoid the massive crowds at all the restaurants. We were a quick drive in to the grocery store or Walmart for anything we needed. Big front yard space was great for playing catch and watching the pink sunsets in the evening. Tina was a fantastic and gracious host - always responded quickly if I had questions. By far, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This places was wonderful we absolutely loved the places the back porch was our favorite spot we spend most our time there we had a party of ten and we had so much room loved all the bathroom the pool was nice to have although we didn't use it much it was a little rainy and cool but the hot tub was grate...I do think it could have been a little bit more cleaner but that's probably just me I clean house's for a leaving.. My family and pet thoroughly enjoyed our 3night stay at Tina’s resort. The place was just as described. Plenty of space and things to do for this kids. It was less than 30 minutes away from the things we were in town to do too so very convenient location. The furniture was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would certainly book again if we return back to the area. Kinda disappointed we didn’t see any bears lol but we also made sure to follow the rules and not leave anything out that would attract them. Great stay overall. No complaints from the family!

My family and I had a great stay during spring break at Tranquil Timbers. The house was clean and spacious. The A/C went out but Tina was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The views from the deck are magnificent! The kitchen was well appointed. The floor was impeccably clean...please teach me your ways :) ! There is construction across the street that sometimes meant the main road was blocked or there was loud noise, otherwise, our stay was great.

The location of the property was excellent in relation to both the Smokies and to the surrounding entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You were close enough to enjoy the lights and fun, but far enough away to relax on the front porch and listen to nature snd serenity. The hot tub was definitely a must after hiking in the mountains.

Tina's Cabin rental was a really nice place for a peaceful cabin retreat for our family vacation. The log cabin was comfortable and close to Pigeon Forge with easy access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain National Park. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit at night. The TV game room was also fun and a great place to watch a ball game or movie. We all really appreciated the front porch view and had a great time talking and hanging out on the rocking chairs. I would recommend this place if you have a family gathering.

This house was great for a quick spring break getaway. My kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub with the amazing views of the river. Tina was extremely responsive to any issues or needs. She was very friendly too and accommodating. My only feedback would be to stock the house with some essentials since it is a solid 10-15 minutes to a grocery store. Cooking spray, lighters, condiments, would be a nice addition. Also, maybe some firewood for the fire pit. Overall it was a great house!!! Loved the view and we had a great time.

Hillside Haven was easy to locate and is in a beautiful neighborhood! One visitor mentioned steep hills to access the cabin but in no way are they unmanageable! There was only one that was quite steep, but it was very short and is part of the atmosphere and ambiance of the neighborhood. Once you arrive, the outside of the cabin is so pretty! Just like the picture! Access to the inside was so easy and simple and once inside it’s SO cute! The pictures are spot on. The layout of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and game room with sleeping was perfect! I’m very picky and always cautious looking for an affordable vacay rental and I will say I consider Hillside Haven a 5-star! Oh and the drive to downtown Gatlinburg is only 5-10 minutes! Impressive win-win in all my major pickiness! You will not be disappointed!!!

It was located near the national park and Gatlinburg, which was very convenient, close enough to the action, but secluded and quiet. The hill was steep going up to the house, and the parking area is steep as well. It was difficult staying with a dog because of the lack of front yard and back yard grass and having bears visit the front porch each day. We had an enjoyable stay, and we could not have asked for a better host.

We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children (ages 2, 6, and 13). The cabin was quiet and cozy, and even though there are many cabins nearby, we didn’t feel it at all. Being in the forest, we did encounter small insects and lizards, but that added to the charm of the cabin. The kids were thrilled with the Pac-Man game. One morning, Big bear family appeared, which made us panic a bit, but we felt safe inside the cabin. The cabin smelled fresh when we walked in and everything was clean. The upstairs room is very spacious, so there was plenty of room for our travel crib. They had a high chair and dog bowls, which are nice conveniences (but we didn’t end up using during our stay). We really only spent time there in the evenings, and there were a few little things that could be changed or updated but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the space.

Great place to stay with littles- the top and bottom built-in stair gates were accessible for adults but secure to keep them off the steps. The fenced back yard and play set was also a favorite for them - there was a high chair and crib - everything we needed. The host had coffee tea and a few snacks for us - we mostly ate out but there were plenty of kitchen essentials should one want to cook. It’s very spacious and well laid out - it felt like being in the mountains but was close to the attractions and restaurants. I would check to see if it was available next visit. It shows up on the GPS which makes finding it simple. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Tina's cabins. My son hid my other son's iPad, but Tina was wonderful about it. She arranged for her cleaning person to help search for it, and when found she promptly shipped it back to us. Yes, my son is grounded from devices. Turkey. But Tina never complained about the inconvenience. As for the property itself, we really enjoyed the back of the property. The river is a short walk out the back door. My son and I kayaked and had a wonderful afternoon on the river. Smores at night, fishing and kayaking in the day - it was wonderful. I will say, while the location with the river is wonderful, there is no grocery or restaurant option very close by, so just know that going in. Otherwise, wonderful!

We visited for the week over the 4th of July holiday. It was our first time visiting the area, and Creekside Haven was a great location to access some of the popular attractions in the Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg area (about 20-45 minutes drive to destinations depending on location/traffic). We also took advantage of the pool at Honeysuckle Meadows, which was about a 15 minute drive away. The cabin itself was very spacious for our family of 5 + a set of grandparents. We slept comfortably and we enjoyed a lot of downtime swinging and rocking on the porch. I would recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area, and also those who may be nervous about navigating steep hills to other cabins in the area.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Really close to the main strip and so many things to do. Cabin had easy access, no steep roads and there was plenty of parking. My group of 9 all fit really well in the cabin and loved everything especially the arcade & comfy beds!! The kitchen was stocked with all our cooking needs. Our pet and kids enjoyed the large fenced private yard, with hot tub and firepit. Exceeded my expectations! Don't hesitate! Book it!

Our family visited Tina's Place over Spring Break and had an incredible time! Getting to the property was simple and getting inside was equally as easy. We made ourselves at home and enjoyed some wonderful meals, family games, soaking in the hot tub and a bit of fishing. We did make the short drive into Broken Bow to pick up some groceries and to explore Beavers Bend. There's so much to see on the way to Beavers Bend that the 25 minute drive seemed much shorter. Our family loved that this cabin was out of the hustle and bustle / heart of Broken Bow! The property had everything that we needed, was very clean and extremely cozy. The water behind the property was flowing pretty rapidly while we were there, so we had to explore to find good fishing in Glover River. Once we did, we had a blast! It's such a magical place and we are already looking forward to our next trip!

Gorgeous, comfortable, decked out, peaceful, a true dream spot for my family to get away. There's no need to leave for anything -- lots of games, space to spread out, a decked out kitchen (we cooked all our meals and they had all the tools we needed) and thoughtful touches that made the space feel cozy and warm. For being first time renting a cabin this was a perfect choice, We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for our family & Friends . Enough space to be really comfortable. This cabin was very nasty! The area rug was stained and disgusting. There was hairballs in the floor along with loose pieces of hair mixed with what looked like food crumbs. Showers had pubic hair on the edges where you step in and hair stuck to the inside walls. Bathroom mirrors were dirty. Washer had hair and dirt on top of it. The coffee pot had dust and hair on top of it along with something sticky. Notified Tina who is in charge of this cabin. She was rude in some of the messages and told us she just paid $500 to have this cabin deep cleaned. She also said the renters agreement says they provide a clean cabin but it’s not going to be perfect because they are humans. Why wasn’t this cabin checked prior to our arrival. I understand nobody is perfect but this stuff was very easily seen and should have been cleaned prior to us arriving. Especially with a $500 DEEP CLEAN! She then asks if the cleaner can come tomorrow and fix it. We said no it should have been done prior to our arrival. She then agreed to only take off $100 since we were going to clean it ourselves but I paid a $200 cleaning fee when I rented it. Why was I charged this fee when it wasn’t clean. I can keep going with this in much more detail because there was a lot more but it will only let me type so much on here. I do have each text message between Tina and I. Also have pictures of the dirtiness inside this cabin. I would not recommend this cabin or any other cabin from Tina’s Cabins and Rentals.

Tinas place is a nice comfortable place for 4. I'm not sure if it would be perfect for 7, but that's upto different people. the location is great in terms of commute to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg downtown. The patio is private and isn't easily visible by any neighboring properties. some caveats that made our stay not the most perfect: 1. the property doesn't have a "view" which wasn't a big issue but if you're coming to Smoky just for that find another place. 2. water pressure level decreased multiple times considerably and hot water stopped suddenly this one time. 3. the place could do with more toiletries. for eg there weren't any extra toilet paper roll in the master bathroom, no bath mat after your shower, main light wasn't working in the bathroom, no room freshener in the bathroom. These small things don't cost much to the host and would recommend they update their property with this to make it a better experience for others. These weren't of big concern to us, so it didn't matter much to us. Overall it was a good place except for some minor inconveniences.

That was not the case here. I felt right at home! Everything was up-to-date! The cabin was literally 5 minutes from pigeon forge…. A great place to stay! Tina is very responsive and within a few short minutes. The cabin is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t come across anything we needed and didn’t have available. Dish soap, dishwasher pods and a new sponge we left for us. The coffee bar is stocked with filters, pods, creamer and sugar packets. Bring your own grounds if using the drip maker. The hot tub, arcade game and pool table were a hit for my family when we weren’t venturing out. There are books/puzzle books available. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The plants and trees are starting to bloom so the neighboring cabins will be less visible in the coming weeks. The driveway is steeper than the pictures show on the right side so parking 2 larger vehicles might be a little interesting- fine for 1 though. The cabin is in between PF and Gatlinburg so getting to either is easy and quick. I recommend booking Hillside Haven for your next trip!

Honest Review. The location is great, closer to pigeon forge but easy access to gatlinburg. The Cabin itself is “ok” is not super special but it was a nice place to stay. There were a few issues that would keep us from staying again. The hot water heater was checked during our 6 night stay, not once could we get it to fill up the master bath before turning cold. That was huge for us. Also, the cabin is either not insulated properly or the heat doesn’t work properly but you could get the room upstairs warm but freezing downstairs, and if you turn on the fireplace to help downstairs the t would be too hot which is why I assumed was the reason there was a floor fan upstairs. The parking for the cabin was steep for snow/ice times. Tina was quick to answer any questions and did try her best to accommodate us. The owner sent a nice basket for the trouble getting in at first because of the snowstorm which they could not control.

The cabin was very cozy, and fully equipped. We got heavy snow right in the morning we were leaving in normal weather conditions the roads are ok even though are very elevated. But with snow on the roads it is dangerous and very slippery, the ideal would be a 4X4 or AWD. Location is great right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge ( less that 15 mins drive) We even order some stuff we forgot from Publix through Instacart , yes Instacart and uber eat also deliver in that area( if bad weather conditions no delivery with be available) About Tina, you all should know that she is great!! No matter at what time you text her she will answer within mins. , we are beyond happy with her service. Ps.. don’t worry about having internet, they provide WIFI and it worked just perfect for us, please note that without WIFI there is no signal.

Hillside Haven cabin is a very cute and cozy cabin nestled high up in the Smokey Mountains. My family and I stayed there to celebrate Thanksgiving. Warning that the parking situation is quite scary. There is enough room for 2 vehicles but the incline is quite steep. I would highly recommend having a 4×4/AWD vehicle, especially in winter conditions and she accurately stated this in the description. We had 2 4×4 trucks so had no problem climing and parking but just a heads up to future guests. It was quite an adventure for us but we really enjoyed the challenge, as we are from flat terrain! Upon arrival it was very easy to check in, the cabin was very clean and Tina was very quick to respond to messages. She informed me that the previous guests seemed to have stolen the pool balls but she was quick to have new balls dropped off to us the 1st night of our stay. The location is very centrally located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend renting Tina's cabin for your stay in the Gatlinburg area.

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend in this cabin. Upon our arrival we noticed the dishwasher was not working and contacted Tina about it. Thinking this might be hard to deal with over the next few days. Tina bent over backwards to have a New Dishwasher installed the very same day! Thank you Tina!! We had a little issue with the water heater and gas fireplace but Tina responded immediately and got the issue taken care of in just a few minutes. She proved that she wanted our stay to be great.
