I'm Tina, the owner and manager of Tina's Cabins and Rentals! I love to travel, and that love has taken me a to a lot of wonderful places, including the Tennessee Smokies & Broken Bow in Oklahoma. I enjoy working on my cabins, and making sure my guests have great experiences, while creating great memories with their loved ones. You will find my properties to be well maintained with it's own unique draws and I am very responsive to my guests questions/concerns. I am humbled to have hosted hundreds of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing my homes with many more.

Yes we are pet friendly.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in starts at 4pm and check-out at 10am in Smokies and 11am in Broken Bow. To ensure that we have enough time to clean the property we ask you not to extend these times. Please reach out to us at tina@tinacabinsandrentals.com to see if we are able to make any special accommodations. Depending on availability, we may have packages available.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer on-site parking facilities, making it convenient and hassle-free for you to park your vehicle and have peace of mind throughout your vacation. No need to worry about finding a parking spot!
What amenities are provided in the rental?
Our rental properties are equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can expect amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry facilities. Feel free to review the property description or contact the host for specific amenities provided in the rental.
What is the cancelation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fee) if you cancel fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. If cancellation within 14-days before scheduled arrival, a partial refund may be available. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
